For businesses that require a Location Compliance Certificate (LCC) under the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017, all workers that use, handle, store and manufacture hazardous substances must receive, training, information and instruction in accordance with the rules set out in Reg 4.5.
We provide training in accordance with Reg 4.5(3)(a). This is a theoretical requirement which must occur prior to workers performing any tasks involving hazardous substances in the workplace.
